Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations is designed to develop the management skills needed by Company Officers (CO’s) to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires. This course was developed for newly appointed officer or firefighters who have acting CO responsibilities, but it would provide an excellent review for experienced officers.
