This comprehensive course provides both current and new Field Training Officers (FTO) with a systematic and contemporary approach to designing, implementing, and evaluating effective field training programs. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of established and emerging field training models, explore the critical aspects of liability and generational differences in learning, and develop practical strategies for prioritizing training, understanding the neuroscience of learning, employing engaging training techniques, and conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
