This policy shall apply whether the courses are offered at the FCPSTC, the member's department, or other approved off-site locations. This policy applies only to registration fees and shall not absolve member agencies from their responsibility for any applicable late registration fees, no-show fees, or any other applicable fees that would apply pursuant to FCPSTC policies and procedures. Certification fees, student manuals, and other course requirements are the responsibility of the student and/or the student's sponsoring agency.
III. Participating departments may host up to 80 hours of non-certification Bucks County Community College training at their state or other approved off-site location.

VIII. Training hours are non-transferable and expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased.
IX. The host agency shall provide the roster for any classes held at their station to the FCPSTC within five (5) days from the end of the program.
